Moserbaer and Blue Ocean Entertainment have pulled off a major coup.

Their Kanden Kadhalai trailer will be showcased along with Kanthaswamy in all the theatrical copy of the big budget extravaganza.

In short all the 900 odd screens which will show the Chiyaan Vikram film will screen the KK promo along with it.

Remember, Soundarya Rajinikanth did the same, earlier when the promo of Sultan-The Warrior was screened along with AVM’s Sivaji- The Boss?

In Hollywood and Bollywood all biggies have smaller films piggy back riding on it. KK riding along with Kanthaswamy will give it reach and penetrations. It’s a smart marketing move!

The Tamil movie is produced by M.A. Jinnah for Jinnah Creations and directed by Hari.

Seval will be an action packed family adventure.

Actor Barath’s forthcoming venture Seval

The pooja of Barath’s forthcoming venture Seval was a well-attended affair with AVM Saravanan, Rama Narayanan, K. Balachander, S.A. Chandrasekar, Editor Mohan, among others participating in it. Speaking at the function, the film’s director Hari disclosed that Seval would pave way for Simran’s re-entry in Tamil cinema.

Her role, according to the director, is suspense-filled and has ample scope to exhibit her acting skills. Barath said that when Hari broached the subject of Seval, the latter was a bit apprehensive as to whether his fair complexion would suit the role of a villager.

“But then, I change for every film and adapt to the role I play,” disclosed the talented actor. Hari said that Simran and Barath would be vying with each other to outperform the other.

Meera Jasmine who so far refused to act in glamorous scenes and some other such scenes has now softened her rules a bit. In her recent release Thirumagan she had acted very closely with S J Surya. In her upcoming movie Nepali she has acted in a compromising scene with Bharath. Sources close to the film say that the censor would definitely object to those scenes in which Meera Jasmine acted with short dress with Bharath. In the same film, a scene in which Meera Jasmine is raped has been filmed glamorously. Censor would not spare this scene too, says informed sources. Now the fans of Meera Jasmine are all awaiting to watch Nepali.
