Inaugural function of the ninth All-India Film Employees Federation Conference (AIFEC) started in Chennai on October 9.

Superstar Rajnikanth, Kamal Hassan, Mammootty, K Balachander, Vikram, Vijay, Rahman, Ilaiyaraja, Bharathiraja, Dasari Narayana Rao, Asin and Trisha Krishnan were among the attendees.

The Film Employees’ Federation of South India (FEFSI) honoured Tamil Nadu Chief Minister M Karunanidhi with a Lifetime Achievement award.
